HOW IT ALL STARTED…
Dr. Berry is a nationally recognized speaker, author, educator, and consultant specializing in the education of culturally and linguistically diverse learners. For more than thirty years, she has worked to strengthen academic achievement in majority-of-color, low-wealth, large, urban school districts.
After nearly twenty years in consultative sales for a major publisher, she founded A L Berry Consulting, Inc. to pursue her true passion:

the fight for academic equity for children of color and low wealth that are historically marginalized in America’s public schools.
She has been labeled as an Equity Warrior, a badge Dr. Berry wears proudly.

Christina Pipkin has dedicated her professional career to advocacy of equitable and inclusive education for all learners specifically of those from marginalized backgrounds. With her credentials in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum and Instruction with Instruction Technology, Christina supports educators across the nation with understanding the individual needs of each of their learners.
Christina has nearly 15 years of experience as both a teacher and implementation specialist, and strives to share her passion of diverse, equitable and inclusive instruction with as many educators as possible. Through the implementation of culturally relevant best practices, Christina supports schools and districts with creating and cultivating a school culture that not only acknowledges the differences in their learners but, celebrates these differences.
As she continues to connect with educators nationwide, she commits to being a life-long advocate for sustainable change.

Brittany Bennett is an accomplished administrative leader with more than 10 years’ experience working alongside corporate professionals and entrepreneurs to increase productivity and overall growth of business. Her areas of emphasis are organizational management and business development.
She is a graduate of Spelman College, holding a B.A. in Psychology. Additionally, she is a graduate of Louisiana State University - Shreveport, holding a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & Family Enterprise. Helping others succeed is a passion for Brittany and her business motto is “to change lives one task at a time.”
